fix wio-tracker-dev sensor scan (#5274)

* uclibc compatibility

Adds compatibility with uclibc, the officially supported toolchain of the luckfox pico

* Explicitly link stdc++fs for std::filesystem

Bringing this over from buildroot-meshtastic
