* T1000-E Peripherals
- enable intelligent charge controller signals
- enable Accelerometer
- enable internal I2C bus
- provide Power to Accelerometer

* POC Accelerometer Code (wakeScreen is moot for that device, just test if the driver works)
* fix building without the sensor
