raise the multicast UDP TTL limit (#6343) 
Since 96ba94843b we don't spray packets to all machines on the network.

So we can allow ourself to raise the TTL limit, this allows users who run L3 IGMP Routing infrastructure to pass meshtastic frames over UDP.

Overview

This repository contains the official device firmware for Meshtastic, an open-source LoRa mesh networking project designed for long-range, low-power communication without relying on internet or cellular infrastructure.
