Tom Fifield	df63423cdc	Let RangeTest Module use Phone position if there's no GPS (#5623) ... As reported by @Fastomat, if a user had enabled "Share Phone Position" in the app, RangeTest did not use this position and recorded a 0,0 lat/lon.
